'Mean' Mike Stratus first came to the AWN during the GIWA invasion back in 2005. He was loathed and
despised by the AWN fans, and with good reason. But since then he's shown that regardless of who he's got
with him, he's still a dominating force inside of an AWN ring. Here lately he's been seen teaming
up with longtime AWN competitor Jake Slater. Together, as Killer Instinct, these two men are looking
to take over the AWN Tag Team division for years to come.

'The Real Deal' Jake Slater has been in the AWN for a long long time. Quite a few years ago, he was
one of the most popular guys to step foot in the AWN ring. But since then, he's taken time off
from the AWN, and since his return, has shown absolutely no admiration for the fans whatsoever, and the 
feelings are mutual. Especially with Mike Stratus by his side as Killer Instinct, Jake Slater is now on the hated list
for all the fans of the AWN.
